At an appointment with a surgeon, for an unrelated matter, he took the time to tell my husband and I about Brevail. He told us that both of us should be taking it, along with getting enough fiber. He explained it would help to prevent cancer – not just breast cancer. It does other good things for your body, too.
Don’t take it at the same time you take prescription meds. And, drink at least 8 oz of water with the pill.
We have both taken it for 3 weeks and have not noticed any side effects.

Those night time flashes can wake you up drenched in sweat. This really helped with that. Good product.

I have been taking Brevail for about 4 months now. I admit that I don’t take it daily, as directed. Since I have been taking the Brevail I have not had any hot flashes and have not experienced any side effects. It may have reduced my depression and PMS as well. This is always difficult to measure though.
